Shipping and Returns

Cost of Shipping Costs

Shipping charges associated with your order will be billed per order, ie if you order more than one item, you will pay shipping charges only once.

However, Viseucaps  reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable.

 

In case we proceed with the division of the order, the customer will be notified by email. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used. 

Correios Portugal

Deliveries in Portugal (mainland and islands)  - free deliveries on purchases from €50. On purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of €4 will be charged.

Deliveries in the European Union (except Portugal)  - free deliveries on purchases over €50, with the exception of countries with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries. On purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of €5 will be charged.

 

Deliveries outside the European Union  - free deliveries on purchases over €50. On purchases less than this amount, shipping costs of €9 will be charged.

 

Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and fiscal policies different from most European Union countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Taxes). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Taxes at the time that shipment arrives in your country. The recipient may incur additional customs clearance charges.

 

Viseucaps  it does not control these charges nor can it make an estimate.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country so the customer should contact the local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated shipping time.

 

Upon delivery, you should check the packaging and the products shipped in order to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately through the return mechanism.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within 15 days.

Order Delivery Deadlines

Once your order has been registered, payment is confirmed and all ordered parts are available, Viseucaps  undertakes to send it, observing the following delivery deadlines:  

 

Deliveries in mainland Portugal (mainland and islands)  -  maximum delivery time  2 business days.

 

Deliveries in Madeira, Azores and Spain (except islands )  -  maximum delivery time between 2 to 4 working days.

 

Deliveries in the European Union (except Portugal and Spain)  - indicative delivery time between 2 to 4 working days.

 

Deliveries outside the European Union  -  Indicative delivery time between 8 to 10 working days, which may vary depending on the country of destination.

 

Viseucaps  shall not be liable for failure, or delay in complying, with any obligation to send that is due to an event of force majeure, that is to say an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.

Return Information

If your return is justified by the existence of a defect in the ordered products, Viseucaps will bear the costs of shipping and return and in accordance with the product analysis made by the brand. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect in the ordered products, we will not refund your shipping costs.  

Refunds will be made based on the method of payment. If the customer pays by ATM reference, it is necessary for the customer to give their bank details to our Customer Support, at the time of starting the return process. This indication is necessary for us to refund the money to your account. The maximum refund period is 15 days and you must have proof of purchase.

 

Note:

In case the customer opts for optional services of personalized caps, embroidery, design or printing, the return will not be accepted. The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and labels or products with  signs of having been used will not be accepted.
