Prices

Product Shipping and Delivery
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, the assigned shipping number and a link so that they can follow up on the order on the CTT website and track the order online upon receipt The shipment confirmation email may not return any results. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you should check the packaging and the product shipped in order to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately. The Viseucaps online store will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as, in its warehouse, it receives and completes the return process.
The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within 15 days.
Return Information
If your return is justified by the existence of a defect in the ordered products, Viseucaps will bear the costs of shipping and return and in accordance with the product analysis made by the brand. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect in the ordered products, we will not carry out reimbursement of shipping costs.
Refunds will be made based on the method of payment. If the customer performs payment by ATM reference, the customer must give their bank details to our Customer Support, at the time of starting the return process. This indication is necessary for us to refund the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

Availability
The fulfillment of all orders placed on our website is subject to availability. Viseucaps tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the site are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In this case, we will inform the customer of this fact and proceed to refund the amount paid.
Order Process
Viseucaps does everything possible to ensure that the photographs of the products presented on the site are as close as possible in terms of color. However, color is a factor. it depends on each monitor and its settings. In this sense, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will reflect the actual color of the product.
All measurements are approximate, however we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
